WOD | Shipping conditions

(1) The respective shipping costs will be shown to the customer before purchasing the product. They are to be borne by the customer.

(2) We only deliver within Germany. Delivery to other countries is generally possible, but only takes place via a separate customer agreement. In this case, the amount of the delivery costs is determined individually.

(3) For orders of up to three discs, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.50 (incl. VAT). Our starter sets are therefore generally shipped free of charge. When ordering a voucher with postal delivery, we charge a flat shipping fee of €2.50 (incl. VAT).

WOD | Terms of payment

(1) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon confirmation of purchase.

(2) Payment at a later date or in installments requires an individual agreement.

(3) If the due date for payment is determined by the calendar, the customer shall be in default simply by missing the due date.

(4) The customer can pay via PayPal, direct debit, credit card, EC card or in cash upon collection.

WOD | Delivery times

(1) Our stated delivery times are calculated from the time of purchase confirmation and assume prior receipt of payment.

(2) If the item listed by the customer in the product order is temporarily unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately. If delivery is delayed by more than 14 days, the customer can withdraw from the purchase contract. In this case, we are also entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made by the customer will be refunded immediately.
